My first rant

March 5, 2008 / by heatofthematter

Alright -

So I have a few things to get off my chest first. I fucking cannot stand all this Republican talk of suporting a limp wristed little fairy man for President. When did we all lose our testicles? I'm not sure but it appears the party line has devolved to the point of true pansy-assed shit. When did we throw away our rightfully, God-given privleges to rape and pillage the Earth, to stand tall on the bones of the weak and frail, and to show the world what it means to have freedom and Democracy! When did all this get shoved aside for things like "workers rights" and "tax breaks for the needy". We are spuuosed to be the bad guys, right? We are supposed to be the right-wing, the people who fear us so much that they love us, the party that will protect you and your children from those lisping little faggots that the "liberals" want to have destroying your values and wrecking your homes!

When did it all change...

I was watching CNN at the doctors office while sitting there with my bleeding heart roommate. I know, the information is not valid, it's full of liberal bias and media trash, but the receptionist at the desk (also a bleeding heart liberal) wouldn't change it.  So there I sit, watching in absolute boredom, when I see a segment on "Republicans for Obama".  I could not belive my eyes. This had to be some sort of media ploy, so I hopped online at the first chance I got looking for what little information I could find on the subject.

Here is what I found:

RepublicansforObama.org is a grassroots organization founded by proud party members who all share one important trait— we are Americans first and Republicans second. (Even if it is a close second.)

Collectively, we have campaigned, worked for, and voted Republican all our lives, but recognize that our Country needs a new kind of leader at this time. While there will always be important issues on which thoughtful Americans will disagree, there are others that cannot be up for debate— our economic prosperity and our standing in the world.

Senator Obama has rejected the politics of division and the win-at-all-costs attitude that has hurt our ability to move forward as a nation. While we as Republicans will not always see eye to eye with a President Obama, we know that his politics of competency and unity will lead to a stronger America.

-RepublicansforObama.org

This drivel can be found at the above address, but I recomend that one make sure that all firewalls and antivirus software are up to date before destroying one's computer with such banal and assine filth.

I know that it may not seem like a big deal, but people like that offend me to the core. We are the American party. We are the American Way. Democrats and other liberal monsters (Satan worshippers, Ralph Nader, Communists, a percentage of rapists, and many others) are the ENEMY. Does it take that much to get it through one's head? Is there that much stupidity leaking into the party of intellegence and morality? Must we start our own branch of the Republican Party - a party that does not tolerate those who toe the line, a party that will do what others may not be willing or able to do?

If this is so, then I say we do so! Let us march, and let us march to the beat and the boot of that which founded this great nation! For the glory of our ancestors, for the glory of our nation, for the Glory of America! We are the Republicans - strong and many! Let not the voices of the few drown out the power and voice of the mighty!

With that, I am going to go watch some FOX News, and get to sleep. There are Empires to build tomorrow.

It makes not one bit of difference whether the winner is Obama or Hillary, the DNC and the party elite set and control policies, programs, and agendas; the same is true with the GOP. For the most part, the person nominated and/or elected is irrelevant to the whims of the PARTY.

Yeah...let's all vote for Obama.  That way, if he wins, we can take the $600 or $1200 we're getting this year and hand it right back over to the government when he lets the Bush tax cuts expire.

Hope all those "rich" families making around $50,000 like paying $2,000 MORE in taxes if a Democrat wins.

Oh, and if you're going to try to parody a real Republican, try keeping it much more subtle.  You went way too far.

Look, if you've never read Das Kapital and the movement's revolutionary tactics you're just not going to understand that these political deceptions are the mildest forms of propogandizing and intrigue that Hillary's heroes would stoop to.

As for John boy, the best that can be said is that he's the least of the three evils. There's always the hope that he will have a reawakening of his American spirit. Oviously that can't happen with the two mopes.
